Near the town of Lang Co, Vietnam, is the hidden gem that is the Lap An Lagoon. Surrounded by the Bach Ma mountain range and bordering the clear waters of Lang Co Bay, the lagoon is especially breathtaking at sunset when the sky reflects on the calm, mirror-like waters. Lap An Lagoon is a worthwhile photo stop on your journey between Hue and Da Nang.
Cu Chi Tunnels
An extensive underground network stretching over 200 kilometers (approx. 120 miles), these tunnels served as living quarters, supply routes, and hiding spots for Vietnamese soldiers during the Vietnam War. Today, visitors can explore sections of the tunnel, learn about wartime life, and see the ingenious traps used during the conflict. For a small fee, you can also use the firing range, shooting live rounds from guns used in the war.
