Vietnam’s largest island and premier beach destination, where you can enjoy luxury resorts, lively night markets, pristine white-sand beaches. Travelers can opt for an island-hopping tour to Phu Quoc’s surrounding islands for swimming and snorkeling or venturing into the main island for kayaking and light forest trekking. To have the most pleasant weather and avoid rainfall, plan your visit between the months of late October to April.
Cu Chi Tunnels
An extensive underground network stretching over 200 kilometers (approx. 120 miles), these tunnels served as living quarters, supply routes, and hiding spots for Vietnamese soldiers during the Vietnam War. Today, visitors can explore sections of the tunnel, learn about wartime life, and see the ingenious traps used during the conflict. For a small fee, you can also use the firing range, shooting live rounds from guns used in the war.
