Located in southern Vietnam, the Mekong River Delta is a vast network of rivers known for its fertile land and agricultural activity. A journey through the river delta takes you through winding canals and lush landscapes, visiting floating markets and local orchards, watching local artisans engaging in their crafts, and enjoying a Vietnamese lunch in a riverside garden.
Cu Chi Tunnels
An extensive underground network stretching over 200 kilometers (approx. 120 miles), these tunnels served as living quarters, supply routes, and hiding spots for Vietnamese soldiers during the Vietnam War. Today, visitors can explore sections of the tunnel, learn about wartime life, and see the ingenious traps used during the conflict. For a small fee, you can also use the firing range, shooting live rounds from guns used in the war.
